Don Hambly

Don Hambly has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Don currently serves as the President & CEO of CMP Group Ltd. since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal Consultant at DRH Advisors from March 2019 to December 2019. From April 2008 to February 2019, Hambly was the President & CEO of Olon Industries. Don held the position of President Canadian Operations at A. O. Smith Corporation from April 2002 to April 2008, where they successfully led the company through major restructuring and product recalls. Before that, Hambly served as the Senior Vice President - Practice Leader, Supply Chain Consulting at Capgemini from June 1999 to April 2002. Don started their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Partner from June 1992 to June 1999.

Don Hambly completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Ivey Business School at Western University from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a focus in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University between 1983 and 1985. Don also holds a Diploma in Engineering from the University of Prince Edward Island, which they completed from 1980 to 1983.
