Sara Lugonia

Sara Lugonia is an experienced Corporate Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner with a background in Human Resource Generalist roles at various companies such as Mid-Ontario Truck Centre, Reena, and Saint Elizabeth Health Care. With a BHRM Honours degree from York University and a Diploma in Human Resources from Sheridan College, Sara has a strong foundation in Human Resource Management. Sara has extensive experience in supporting field staff, processing wages, preparing employment agreements, data entry, training coordination, recruitment activities, and maintaining employee files. Sara has also been involved in health and safety committees, workplace inspections, and developing health and safety materials.
