Canada Music Academy
Ness Wong is an experienced arts professional with a strong background in music education, production, and management. Currently serving as the Artistic Planning Coordinator and Production Assistant at the Canadian Opera Company since January 2023, Ness also teaches cello at the Canada Music Academy across multiple regions. Previous roles include Assistant Stage Manager at the Toronto City Opera and Sistema Toronto, as well as bookkeeper and social media coordinator. Further contributions to the arts include serving as President and Music Education Director for the Faculty of Music Undergraduate Association, focusing on student advocacy and organizing workshops. Ness holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Toronto, with studies in Comprehensive Music, French Language, History, and Asian Canadian Studies.
