David Forbes

David Forbes is an accomplished professional in retail operations and technology-driven solutions, currently serving as the Manager of Retail Operations Support at Canada Post since January 2015. Forbes has played a pivotal role in launching innovative initiatives, such as nationwide self-serve parcel kiosks and next-generation POS systems, enhancing both customer experience and operational efficiency. With experience leading corporate projects, including the development of ePayment systems and the deployment of mobile devices, Forbes has consistently aligned user requirements with business needs. Prior to Canada Post, Forbes held positions in residential life supervision and retail leadership, and brings a strong background in inventory management from 3M Canada. Forbes holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Commonwealth University-Mansfield.
