Victoria Kharchenko

Victoria Kharchenko is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience across diverse sectors. Currently serving as a Marketing professional at Canada Royal Milk since May 2023, Victoria has previously excelled as a Producer/Training Manager at Prosci, where the focus was on enhancing participant experiences through strong program delivery and relationship management. Notably, Victoria held the role of Executive Producer at Ukrainian Fashion Week, establishing key partnerships and sponsorships, and worked as a Senior Marketing Consultant at the International Labour Centre, auditing marketing strategies and enhancing digital presence. Earlier experience includes significant roles in brand management and marketing communication at Avon across various markets, where successful campaigns and CSR initiatives were launched. Victoria holds an MBA from MIM-Kyiv Business School and an undergraduate degree from Kyiv National Linguistics University.
