Rebecca Hickey is an accomplished communications and marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Communications and Marketing at Ingenium since July 2021. Prior to this role, Rebecca held the position of Senior Manager of Corporate Communication and Public Affairs at NAV CANADA, where responsibilities included leading the public affairs function and engaging in government relations. Rebecca’s extensive experience at Hydro Ottawa involved supervising media and public affairs initiatives, as well as serving as a Communications Officer, where strategic communications plans were developed. Early career milestones included journalistic positions at The Windsor Star and CBC, where Rebecca honed skills in news reporting and live broadcasting. Rebecca holds an MBA from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University and a Bachelor of Journalism with Combined Honours in Mass Communications from Carleton University.
