Currently serving as the VP of People & Culture at CanadaHelps, Alisha has previously held senior roles at Deloitte, TWG, and Densify, where responsibilities included cultural integration during acquisitions, creating a Centre of Excellence for HR and finance functions, and leading strategic HR initiatives. Alisha's career also includes significant positions at GoodLife Fitness, Cirba Inc, and Opensoft Consulting, showcasing a blended expertise in finance and human resources. Alisha holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Humber College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
