Kathleen James

Kathleen James currently serves as a Technical Operations Analyst at CanadaHelps, with a history of roles including Admin & Securities Associate and Charity & Donor Relations Associate since May 2021. Prior to this, Kathleen worked at Starbucks from June 2015 to February 2021, where responsibilities included managing store operations as a Shift Supervisor and delivering exceptional customer service as a Barista. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Dalhousie University (2011-2015) and completed further education at The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University between September 2018 and December 2020. Secondary education was completed at St. Clement's School from 2007 to 2011.
