Samantha Leung

Samantha Leung is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in developing interactive dashboards and bioinformatics solutions. Currently employed at CanadaHelps since February 2022, Samantha previously worked as a Bioinformatics Software Engineer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where significant contributions included designing interactive dashboards for genomic data and creating a component library for reusable chart creation. Earlier roles include serving as a Junior Software Developer at BC Cancer, developing advanced dashboards for single-cell genomic data, and as a Computer Science Course Coordinator at The University of British Columbia, managing course operations for large introductory classes.
