Bob Granger

Bob Granger is an experienced IT and customer service leader with a strong background in driving operational excellence and enhancing customer experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the AVP of IT Customer Experience at Canada Life since 2016, Bob has successfully led significant process maturity initiatives and managed large teams to deliver high-quality technical support. Prior experience includes a leadership role at TD, overseeing the EasyLine and digital communications teams and managing vendor relationships. Bob also demonstrated effective management skills at TD Ameritrade by establishing a new call centre and navigating the merger with TD Waterhouse, consistently achieving high performance in customer experience and productivity. Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Western University and possesses multiple financial industry designations.
