Carson Vanderwel

Carson Vanderwel is an experienced professional in strategic management and performance enhancement within the wealth management sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Performance Management for Individual Wealth at Canada Life since September 2024, Carson previously held the role of Senior Vice President, Head of Strategy & Growth at Investment Planning Counsel from July 2022 to August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Strategy at Power Corporation of Canada from June 2019 to June 2022 and as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from August 2016 to May 2019.
