Erin Waldie

Erin Waldie is a seasoned professional in customer experience and digital marketing, currently serving as Vice President, Distribution Enablement & Advisor Experience at Canada Life since July 2017, following a role as Assistant Vice President, Customer Experience. Prior experience includes a position as Global Director of eCRM and Retention at Rakuten Kobo Inc., where Erin drove top-line sales of $12 million through customer loyalty initiatives. At LoyaltyOne, Erin held various roles including Director of Product Development, focusing on digital capabilities for the AIR MILES Reward Program, and Associate Director of Digital Marketing, where strategic leadership was provided for mobile and social media channels. Erin began at LoyaltyOne in 2003, advancing from Associate Manager of Web and Email Marketing to Senior Analyst for Marketing Programs.
