Evguenia Potachenskaia

Evguenia Potachenskaia currently serves as AVP of Employee Experience, Organizational Effectiveness, and People Analytics at Canada Life since February 2021, bringing extensive experience from prior roles. Notably, Evguenia held the position of Director of HR for Rogers for Business from 2014 to February 2021, where responsibilities encompassed organizational design, M&A, and leadership coaching. Additionally, Evguenia developed a multi-year Talent and Diversity strategy as Director of Talent Management and Diversity at Rogers.
