Geet Chandratre is a seasoned technology and digital transformation expert with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of Technology, Enterprise Automation at Canada Life, Geet previously held roles at McKinsey & Company, including Expert Associate Partner and Expert Engagement Manager, focusing on strategy and digital transformation. Early career experience includes positions at CIBC as an Agile Transformation Consultant and Project Manager, where significant contributions included managing high-impact projects and scaling agile practices.
