John Occleshaw

John Occleshaw has over two decades of experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Pension Trustees at Canada Life since September 1997. Prior to this, John held the position of Executive Vice President of Reinsurance, showcasing a strong background in leadership and strategic oversight. John's career began as an actuarial student at Norwich Union from 1992 to 1996. Academically, John holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, completed between 1987 and 1991.
