Karen Wilson Pmp

Karen Wilson PMP, CSM, CPO is an experienced project manager and delivery methodology leader. Currently serving as Delivery Methodology Manager at Canada Life, Karen advances the Product Mindset within WSTEP and manages a team of Scrum Masters. Previously at Export Development Canada, Karen held roles including Product Owner and Senior Project Manager, overseeing automation and continuous delivery platforms that utilize various non-proprietary software solutions. Karen's earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Project Manager at Research In Motion, where significant contributions were made to the CDMA Radio technology program, and as Proprietor of GB All Season Planters, which specialized in customized container gardening services. Additionally, Karen's career began at Nortel Networks, managing network management and business improvement projects. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta.
