Loretta K. is a seasoned executive in the fields of business modernization, product development, and artificial intelligence strategy, currently serving as Senior Vice-President of Business Modernization at Canada Life from December 2019 to November 2024. In previous roles, Loretta held positions such as Senior Vice-President for Product, AI & Digital Strategy, and Vice President focused on Artificial Intelligence at Canada Life, contributing significantly to the modernization of business processes and enhancing user experiences. Additionally, as a Founding Board Member of the Manitoba Association of AI Professionals since January 2024, Loretta continues to influence the AI landscape. Prior experience at Great-West Life included leadership roles in strategic health practices and group marketing, advancing operational effectiveness and marketing strategies in the insurance sector. Loretta holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Manitoba and is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
