Myron Koop

Myron Koop, PMP, currently serves as the Manager, Portfolio Architect in Investment Technology at Canada Life since August 2021. Prior to this role, Myron was the Team Lead and Systems Architect at Great-West Life, where responsibilities included leading the System Architecture Career Centre and managing staff to align with business needs. Myron also held the position of Technical Lead at Sobeys and served as a Software Architect/Technical Lead at Safeway, Inc., focusing on systems integration and overseeing the software development lifecycle. Additional experience includes managing a pharmacy project with advanced technologies and working as an Associate Minister and Youth Program Coordinator at Fort Garry Mennonite Brethren Church. Myron holds a Diploma in Computer Analyst/Programmer from RRC Polytech and a Bachelor of Religious Education from Briercrest College and Seminary.
