Petra Duris

Petra Duris is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Canada Life since May 2017, Petra has previously held various roles at TD from October 2007 to November 2016, including HR Advice Partner and Specialized HR Manager. In these roles, Petra specialized in complex employment matters, performance management, and organizational change initiatives, contributing significantly to TD's North American Wealth Management businesses. Petra's early career includes positions such as Human Resources Relationship Manager in both Technology Solutions and Retail Banking, as well as Human Resources Officer and Customer Service Manager at Red Lobster. Petra holds an education from Carleton University (2001-2003) and St. Mark High School.
