Sheri Ogden

Sheri Ogden is an experienced professional in instructional design and learning development, currently serving as Associate Manager of Learning Content Development at Canada Life since June 2018. In this role, Sheri leads a team of Instructional Designers to create interactive e-learning courses and training materials aimed at enhancing knowledge retention and improving job performance for Workplace Solutions customers. With over 15 years of experience as an independent contractor and team lead, Sheri has held various positions, including Senior Instructional Designer at Canada Life, Training and Documentation Lead at Deighton Associates Limited, and Senior Technical Writer at Innovatia. Sheri's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Brock University, as well as certifications in Conversational French and Consulting Skills for Trainers.
