Tristan Tye

Tristan Tye is an experienced professional currently serving as the Venue Services Manager and Nutcracker Administrator at Canada's National Ballet School since February 2023. Concurrently, Tristan is a Manager and trumpet player at Hogtown Brass, and has been a freelance trumpet player in Toronto since 2009. Previous experience includes roles at AudienceView as a Client Enablement Content Manager, Miss Jones Cannabis as Store Manager, and various positions in the hospitality sector, including Bar Manager at The Bedford Academy and Shift Supervisor at Fionn MacCool's Esplanade. Tristan also served in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Corporal and trumpet player in the Band of the Ceremonial Guard. Educational qualifications include an Artist Diploma from The Royal Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor of Music in Trumpet Performance from Western University.
