Prom Putheavy

Prom Putheavy currently serves as the Head of Branch Management at IBANK Cambodia since March 2025, following a significant tenure at Canadia Bank where roles included Head of the Customer Services Center and Head of Branch Customer Experience. With extensive experience in customer service, digital services, and process improvement, Prom has a strong background in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior positions include Deputy Head of Risk and Compliance at Mohanokor MFI and various roles at Canadia Bank and Amret MFI, encompassing quality control, process improvement, and core banking systems. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from BBU & HRU.
