In addition, Kate holds a position as Legal Counsel and Director on the Board of Canadian Administrator of VRS (CAV), Inc., where efforts focus on the governance and operational oversight of Video Relay Service across Canada. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at DLA Piper (Canada) LLP, where Kate specialized in corporate and commercial litigation, and foundational roles as a summer and articling student. Kate earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction from the University of Windsor.
