Tara Brossier Ba

Tara Brossier, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carleton University and additional education from Mount Royal University, possesses extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources Programs at CATSA/ACSTA, Tara leads initiatives in employee relations, health and safety, total rewards, and more. Previous roles include Senior Advisor, Engagement and Culture at CATSA/ACSTA, Human Resources Manager at BGIS overseeing support for over 2000 employees, and Human Resources Manager at Western Feedlots Ltd., where Tara was involved in employee experience and corporate services.
