Vicki Demers Kelly, CHRL, currently serves as the Manager of HR Service Excellence at CATSA / ACSTA since July 2023. Previously, Vicki held various senior HR positions including Senior Manager of People Management at Employment and Social Development Canada and Chief of Labour Relations and Human Resources Programs at the National Capital Commission, where Vicki provided comprehensive HR program management. Vicki's extensive experience also includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Engineers Canada and Manager of Human Resources at Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions. Vicki's career began in HR roles with Canada Post, CPAC, and the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, and Vicki has a strong foundation in strategic HR management and operational guidance, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
