Jose Rivera

Jose Rivera has extensive experience in marketing and advertising, particularly in the real estate industry. Jose started their career in 1998 as a Marketing Manager at Greenwin Property Management and Greenwin Inc., where they worked until 2009. In 2009, Jose joined CAPREIT as a Senior Manager of Marketing and was responsible for overseeing various marketing functions, including digital marketing and traditional marketing, for their portfolios in multiple provinces. Jose was later promoted to the role of Director of Marketing, where they continued to oversee branding, advertising, budgeting, and traction. In 2022, Jose was promoted to Senior Director of Marketing at CAPREIT, where they currently hold the position.
