Konstantin Tokarev

Konstantin Tokarev has extensive work experience in the field of tax. Konstantin currently holds the position of Director, Tax at CAPREIT, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Tax Manager at CAPREIT from July 2020 to March 2023. Before joining CAPREIT, Tokarev worked as a Tax Manager at Dream from June 2014 to July 2020. Konstantin also has experience working at PwC, where they held positions as Senior Tax Associate from July 2013 to May 2014, and Experienced Tax Associate from September 2011 to June 2013. Earlier in their career, Tokarev worked as a Tax Manager at Morgan Stanley from March 2010 to April 2011, and as a Senior Tax Consultant at Grant Thornton Luxembourg from November 2009 to March 2010. Konstantin'scareer began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they served as a Senior Tax Consultant from August 2006 to June 2009.

Konstantin Tokarev attended York University from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Managerial Accounting and Contemporary Canadian Business Law. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, focusing on Tax Law/Taxation. Furthermore, they hold certifications in CPA from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) and In-depth Tax Level III from the same institution.
