Sarfraz Hooda

Sarfraz Hooda, MBA, currently serves as Associate Director of Enterprise Architecture and Chief Architect at Canadian Blood Services since July 2023. Previously, Sarfraz held various roles, including Manager of Enterprise Architecture and Solution Delivery Manager at Toronto Transit Commission from January 2009 to July 2023. Additional experience includes positions as Lead ERP Consultant at Epsilon, NYX Gaming Group Ltd, and LoyaltyOne, along with roles at Toronto Transit Commission as an IFS Implementation & Integration Consultant and at iQueri Business Technologies as Solutions Architect and ERP Consultant. Sarfraz began the professional career as a Project Manager/Systems Analyst at BRIGHTPOINT MIDDLE EAST FZE and has also worked as a Systems Analyst and Web Programmer. Sarfraz holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University.
