Gavin McIntosh

Gavin McIntosh is an experienced facilitator and manager currently serving as a Leadership and Management Development Program Facilitator at the Canada Border Services Agency since January 2022. In this role, Gavin co-leads a program for first-level managers, facilitating both virtual and in-person classes, coaching participants, and assisting in program development. Prior to this, Gavin held roles at the Government of Canada from November 2011 to January 2022, including Team and Corporate Initiative Manager and Supervisor, where responsibilities included leading a team, teaching leadership skills, and designing leadership training programs. Earlier experience includes supervising leadership programs and managing a unit with budgetary responsibilities from June 2005 to September 2019. Gavin holds a degree in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Victoria, a degree in Arts with a focus on Psychology from The University of British Columbia, and a certificate in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Victoria.
