Stephen A. Pike

Stephen A. Pike is a Corporate and ESG Law Partner at Gowling WLG, with a career spanning over two decades in various legal and governance roles. Since September 2001, Stephen has contributed significantly to corporate governance and ESG initiatives, currently serving as Vice-Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee and Co-Chair of the ESG Subcommittee within the American Bar Association Business Law Section. Stephen's commitment to health advocacy is evident through board memberships, including the Canadian Cancer Society and Prostate Cancer Canada, where notable leadership was demonstrated as Chair of the Board of Directors. In addition to a strong legal education from Osgoode Hall Law School, Stephen has furthered professional development through the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Management.
