Steven Tse

Steven Tse is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Team Lead, Projects at the Canadian Cancer Society since October 2023, following a significant tenure at RBC from June 2015 to October 2023. At RBC, Steven excelled as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, leading complex application migration projects and managing over 50 stakeholders. Prior roles included Project Control Officer, managing program financials of $8 million, and PMO Analyst, overseeing IT portfolios valued at $95 million. Early career positions included Project Coordinator roles at Lenovo and Ericsson, along with financial and administrative roles in various organizations. Steven holds an Honours BBA Co-op in Business and Sustainability from Wilfrid Laurier University and completed a PMP Exam Preparation Course through the Project Management Institute - Southern Ontario Chapter.
