Renee Dixon

Consultant, Finance at Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business

Renee has extensive experience in accounting, having worked for a variety of industries in roles that have included: property accountant, accounting supervisor and finance manager. Renee obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in accounting, from the University of Prince Edward Island. Renee is a recipient of the Freda Cox Memorial Award from the Faculty of Business given to part time, graduating mature students with outstanding academic performance. She also has an accounting technician diploma from Holland College in Charlottetown, PE.

Renee’s heritage is Métis and she grew up in PEI, but currently resides in Fort McMurray, Alberta with her family. In her spare time, Renee enjoys camping with her family and reading.
