Tashina Migwans Odjig

Tashina Migwans Odjig joined CCAB as the receptionist in March 2019. Tashina is a proud Anishnaabe woman from the Home of the Great Spirit Mnido Mnising, also known as Manitoulin Island. Tashina has 11 years of experience in the administrative sector working with on & off reserve Indigenous communities. Tashina is a recent graduate of the 2018 Aboriginal BEST Program, (Business Entrepreneurship Skills Training Program) and a 2017 Graduate from George Brown College’s Fashion Exchange Program. She joins us from previous employers, M’Chigeeng First Nation Administration, Wikwemikong Development Commission, Na-Me-Res (Native Men’s Residence), Ontario First Nation Technical Services Corporation (OFNTSC) & the Native Canadian Center of Toronto. Tashina is committed to assist Indigenous growth and self-determination. Tashina is the proud mother of one daughter, and currently resides in Toronto, ON.
