Eric Noivo has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Eric has held various roles in the Canadian Football League (CFL) starting from 2015, including positions such as Senior Manager, Football Operations, and Manager, Strategic Projects. In these roles, they were responsible for managing multiple programs and policies, monitoring departmental progress, and leading cross-functional teams. Eric also played a key role in grassroots initiatives and the development of amateur football relationships. In 2020, they joined OverActive Media Group as a Senior Manager, Franchise Operations, where they were accountable for the operational excellence of two esports franchises. In 2021, they returned to the CFL as Director, Football Operations and later became the Associate Vice President, Health & Safety and Football Operations. In 2023, they joined the Canadian Football Hall of Fame as the Executive Director. Overall, Eric Noivo has a strong background in football operations and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Eric Noivo has a Certificate in Product Management from BrainStation, completed in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Family Life Education from Concordia University in 2015. Eric also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Specialization in Psychology from Concordia University, which they completed in 2014. Eric Noivo began their education at CEGEP - John Abbott College, where they earned a Diploma of Collegial Studies in Social Sciences, Psychology Profile from 2007 to 2009.
Canadian Football League
The CFL is a proudly Canadian professional football league played in nine major cities across the country. The 2014 season also kicks off the first year of a comprehensive broadcast deal with TSN and RDS that will transform the economics of the league and its teams. These major initiatives and accomplishments combined with having the most passionate and loyal fans in professional sports, positions the CFL for a very bright future. The CFL will continue to offer sports fans an exciting brand of football played by amazing athletes and high value entertainment, while progressively building on its traditions for many decades to come.
