Michele Vella

Michele Vella began their work experience in 2003 at RR Donnelley, where they held multiple roles including Sales Compensation Analyst, Payroll Administrator, and CSR. In 2014, they joined Rogers Communications as a Sr. Sales Compensation Consultant until 2015. From 2015 to 2021, Michele worked at Rogers Sports & Media, starting as the Revenue Planning & Reporting Manager for Conventional TV and Sports Broadcast Sales and then transitioning to the role of Manager, Strategic Planning and Analysis. In 2023, they joined the Canadian Football League as the Director of Commercial Operations.

Michele Vella earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Western University, completing their education from 2000 to 2004.
