Jon Wheat

Jon Wheat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and information systems. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources Information Systems and Data Analytics at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services since March 2009, Jon oversees HR programs for approximately 5,500 employees across various military bases, managing compensation, benefits, and collective bargaining efforts. Prior to this role, Jon held multiple leadership positions, including Deputy ASM at Computer Sciences Corporation and Senior Manager at Nortel, where responsibilities encompassed global application development and enterprise system delivery. Jon’s career began at Nortel as a Financial Analyst after completing an MBA at Wilfrid Laurier University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Information Systems from the University of Waterloo.
