Michael Parchewsky

Michael Parchewsky has extensive experience in the telecommunications and cybersecurity sectors, beginning with a career at Shaw Communication as a Circuit Designer in Telecom Engineering from June 2001 to October 2003. Michael advanced to multiple managerial roles at Shaw Business from June 2004 to May 2018, including Manager of Network Design and Implementation, Director of Field Services, and Manager of Field Services. Following this, Michael served as Manager of Cybersecurity Operations at WestJet from May 2018 to October 2025. Additionally, Michael has been a member of the Royal Canadian Corps of Signals in the Canadian Armed Forces since May 1989. Michael holds credentials from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, where studies took place from 1996 to 1998.
