Rohaan Ahmed is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, computer vision, and aerospace engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Artificial Intelligence & Computer Vision at Elecnor Deimos, Rohaan leads a team focused on the development of advanced space software for earth observation and robotics. Rohaan has also held the position of Senior Space DevSecOps Officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force, where responsibilities included directing Space DevSecOps initiatives and managing multi-cloud environments. Previous roles encompass Product Manager for AI Robotics at Mission Control, Project Engineer at MDA, and Chief Technology Officer at Maple Tech Services. Rohaan's education includes a PhD in Computer Science from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master of Engineering from the University of Toronto, alongside several certificates in specialized fields.
