Chuck Farrell serves as Vice President of Development at Pizza Pizza Limited, overseeing Franchising, Real Estate, and People since May 2017. With extensive experience in the quick-service restaurant sector, Chuck has played a pivotal role in advancing Pizza Pizza's mission to provide quality food and exceptional service across more than 750 locations in Canada. Prior to this role, Chuck held various leadership positions at Walmart Canada from 2005 to 2016, including Vice President of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and execution of strategic human resources initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Yum! Restaurants International, Loblaw Companies Limited, and Compu-Skren Communications Inc. Chuck is also a current member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Franchise Association. Educational credentials include an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
