Ryan Picklyk currently serves as the Chair and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Franchise Association since April 2022 in a volunteer capacity. Simultaneously, Ryan has been with A&W Food Services of Canada Inc. since April 2009, holding various positions including Senior Director of Real Estate & Franchising, Director of Real Estate West, Urban, and Manager of Urban Development. Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance from the University of Manitoba, where studies were completed between 1998 and 2004.
