Bob Lafrance

Bob Lafrance is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in industrial markets and sales leadership. Currently serving as Executive Vice President - Industrial Markets at Canadian General Tower since October 2020, Bob previously held significant roles at DBG Canada Limited, where responsibilities included sales, marketing, advanced engineering, purchasing, strategy, and acquisitions. Prior positions also include Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ASSA ABLOY Canada, where Bob re-aligned the Canadian sales team to adapt to market changes, and VP of Marketing/Sales at Rutherford Controls Int'l, focusing on brand expansion and new channel development across multiple continents. Earlier career experiences include senior roles at Canadian General Tower and DBG Canada Limited, as well as consulting at Ernst & Young.
