Leslie Johnson

Leslie Johnson, PHR, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Canadian General Tower since July 2016, leading the development of the HR function within a historic organization. Prior to this role, Leslie was the Vice President of Human Resources at Seton Home from December 2013 to July 2016, overseeing all aspects of HR administration and policy development. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at Spectrum Brands, Inc. from November 2004 to September 2013, where Leslie managed HR activities during significant organizational changes, and an interim HR Manager position at MMC Group LP focused on process improvements. Leslie's career began as Contract Services Manager at Bayview Financial, managing external contract staff. Education was completed at the University of Phoenix.
