Gina Scaramuzzi

Gina Scaramuzzi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Acting Manager of ICMS, Values & Ethics, and Organizational Development at the Canadian Grain Commission since March 2020, Gina also holds the position of Senior Human Resources Advisor at the Government of Canada since November 2017. Gina's previous roles include Regional Liaison, Deputy Minister University Champion at the University of Winnipeg and various positions at the Canada School of Public Service from 2009 to 2020, focusing on learning facilitation and respectful workplaces. Additional experience includes facilitating healthy workplace initiatives at Vickar Automotive Group and workshops for CancerCare Manitoba Foundation. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Manitoba.
