Jay McMillan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jay currently serves as the Interim Executive Director Accounts & Account Operations at Canadian Health Labs, where they oversee operations and strategic initiatives. Prior to this, they held senior leadership positions at Canadian Health Labs, including Sr. Director Accounts and Director of Business Operations. Jay also has extensive experience in the cannabis industry, having served as the Chairman of the Board at Christina Lake Cannabis and as an advisor at urbanXtracts. Jay was also the Strategic Business Affairs Officer at Zentrela Inc. and the Chief Commercial Officer at Allied Corp, where they focused on developing health solutions using psilocybin and cannabinoids. In addition, Jay has held positions in companies such as Keystone Isolation Technologies and HEXO Corp, where they served as the Chief Development Officer. Jay was also a member of the Board of Directors at truss beverage co. Jay's earlier experience includes working as the VP of Business Development at LiveQoS, a company specializing in end-to-end Quality of Service for real-time applications.

Jay McMillan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Finance from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business between 1986 and 1989. Prior to that, they obtained a DEC Commerce degree in Psychology from CEGEP - John Abbott College from 1984 to 1986.
