Farzana Haq is a seasoned professional with a robust background in health data analysis and program management. Currently serving as the Program Lead for Performance Improvement & Capacity Building at the Canadian Institute for Health Information since February 2018, Farzana has contributed to the development of key health indicators and conducted thorough survey data analyses. Prior experience includes positions as a Research Analyst and Analytic Epidemiologist at ICES, where Farzana managed multiple cancer program projects and utilized advanced statistical methods to analyze health data. Farzana's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Epidemiology and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Queen's University, complemented by extensive research assistant roles focused on public health and community health initiatives.
