Maureen Kelly

Director, Data Governance at Canadian Institute For Health Information

As director of Data Governance, Maureen Kelly provides the vision and leadership for CIHI’s data governance initiatives and programs, including data content standards, information quality, internal and external data access and dissemination, and data ethics.

Ms. Kelly has held several leadership positions at CIHI. Prior to joining CIHI as a methodologist in 2003, she worked at the Office for National Statistics in the U.K. and at Statistics Canada.

Ms. Kelly holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in social and political sciences from Cambridge University, England, and a postgraduate certification in applied statistics.
