Abrar Ali

Abrar Ali is a seasoned professional in the health sector with a diverse background in program leadership and community engagement. Currently serving as Project Lead at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research since March 2023, Abrar has held significant roles such as Director of Programs and Community Engagement at the Ottawa Rape Crisis Centre and Director of Health at the Native Women's Association of Canada. Prior experience includes consultancy at Bruyère Research Institute and an internship with Aga Khan Health Services in Tanzania. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from Western University and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Dubai Medical College for Girls.
