Kristy Biddle (née Burgess)

Kristy Biddle (née Burgess) has over 15 years of experience in various human resources and talent management roles. Kristy is currently the Deputy Director of HR Planning & Operations at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Business Integration at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and as the Manager of Talent Performance & Development at Hydro Ottawa. Kristy also had roles at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency as a Senior Staffing & Labour Relations Advisor and at Cognos as a Senior HR Business Partner. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Technical Recruiter at Talent Lab.

Kristy Biddle (née Burgess) began their education at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in 2001, where they pursued General Arts & Sciences-Health. Kristy then transferred to Carleton University in 2002, completing their Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Sciences in 2005. Later, they continued their education at Carleton University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from 2005 to 2009.
