Fred Olson

Fred Olson is an experienced educator currently serving as a Physical & Health Education MYP Teacher at the Canadian International School in Singapore since July 2023. Olson has held various teaching and leadership roles, including MYP Physical & Health Education Teacher at The KAUST School from 2017 to 2023, and Athletic Director at The World Academy from 2015 to 2017. Prior positions also include teaching social studies and physical education at institutions such as The KAUST School and Qingdao #1 International School. Olson's career began with teaching social studies and coaching at Rainier Jr/Sr High School from 2003 to 2010 and served in the United States Navy in electronic warfare from 1991 to 1995. Olson holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Pacific University, a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from Oregon State University, and is progressing towards a Master's in Athletics Administration and Secondary Education at Endicott College.
