Chantel O'Neill has extensive experience in labor relations and education, currently serving as an Educational Consultant for BC Ferry and Marine Workers Union since February 2018. Additionally, O'Neill holds the position of Regional Representative Pacific for the Canadian Labour Congress since 2010. Previously, O'Neill worked as a Union Organizer for the BC Government and Service Employees Union (BCGEU) from 2005 to 2010. O'Neill earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from Vancouver Island University between 1995 and 2000.
